INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1 Soften the mouth tray in 70-80 hot water

Step2 Place the mouth tray into your mouth, covering your teeth

Step 3 With your fingers, gently form the tray around your teeth by pressing your lips against your teeth

Step 4 Trim the mouth trays to the correct height

Step 5 Put the gel into the shaped tray

Step 6 Place the mouth trays into your mouth again & gentle pressure on the tray by pushing your lips with fingers

Step 7 Use the blue led light to make a quick whitening

Step 8 Start off with individual 20 minutes and gradually increasing treatment length after your teeth

Step 9 Completely rinse away excess gel from toothbrush after use.

LED LIGHT NOTE:

Please open hatch on the back of LED accelerator light(opposite side of the white button), and take out the two batteries, you will see a transparent plastic tab, you should remove it and make batteries contacted.

Wearing braces/retainers or they have been removed in the last 3 months

Avoid contact with eyes, rinse with water immediately if it occurs.

If you get gel on your fingers, they may temporarily turn white, this can be avoided by washing the gel off your fingers with soap and water after applying the kit.

Do not let the gel get in contact with the gums or tongue If any adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult your doctor or dentist
